No handrail and the door opens over the stairs. A fall waiting to happen.
We Notice the Little Things
There are 4 issues in this picture...
S-trap, no trap, no high loop for dishwasher and Pex pipe should be stubbed out with rigid pipe. My report will spell all these out and why.

You are welcome to attend any part of the inspection, but please do not follow me into crawl spaces or attics or or onto roofs. I will take lots of pictures and you will be able to see everything I see.
